Opening Doors to Rhythm: Groove, Inc. Scholarship Program

At Groove, Inc., we believe that every child deserves the chance to discover their musical potential, regardless of their family’s financial situation. Music education shouldn’t be a privilege reserved for those who can easily afford it – it should be accessible to any young person with enthusiasm and dedication. That’s why we’re proud to offer need-based scholarships to help make our percussion programs more affordable for families facing financial challenges.

How Our Scholarship Program Works

All scholarship applications are carefully reviewed by our Scholarship Committee, and we consider partial scholarships for every family who applies. It’s Groove, Inc.’s mission to help any student who wants to participate find a way to do so, no matter their financial circumstances. However, we want to be transparent that we typically don’t provide full scholarships – our awards are designed to reduce the financial barrier while still asking families to invest in their child’s musical education.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking students who are genuinely excited about percussion and committed to making the most of this opportunity. Financial need is our primary consideration, but we also value dedication, positive attitude, and a willingness to be an engaged member of our drumming community. This isn’t just about covering costs – it’s about investing in young people who will contribute to the vibrant, supportive culture that makes Groove, Inc. special.
